2004 XP Ride

Description:  A 25 day multiday ride consisting of 1250 miles, divided between 5 day weeks with 2 days off between each ride week.

Date:  June 21, 2004 thru July 24, 2004

Place:  Virginia City, Nevada to Rushcreek Ranch, Nebraska on the original Pony Express Trail

Entry fee: $2000.00  Entrants must be members of the RLD.

Why:  For the adventure of a lifetime!

Note:  Entries are limited and will be treated as a membership in the ride.  Individual members will be able to allow guests to ride on their entry, just as they did in 2001. Instead of entry fees, we will require donations to the club for expenses. Members will be allowed to sell their daily entries to guests as long as they are approved by the Duck and the XP Board. This is all the same as it was in 2001. The bottom line is that if you are a nice person who can play with the rest of us you will have no problems, but if you are, or become a problem we will find some way to deal with you. Before you even consider participating in this insanity, you should thoroughly investigate your potential to get along with Ducks and Duck followers.  There are many out there and, if nothing else, they tend to be brutally honest about Duck dealings. Check it out. Some like it, some don't. The ones that don't can be a real pain in the rear. We all had a nice time in 2001 and want to have a similar time in 2004.
