GPS WOES

To navigate I went and bought Streets and Trips

To follow those waypoints and cute little blips

Till Karen told me it won’t work on my Mac

You need other software,so sorry Jack

I then went to Dave and said download my routes

Here’s my Garmin Extreme,it really toots

He said that’s a relic,a real piece of crap

It’s way obsolete and won’t take my map

Thwarted again,I knew not what to do

Till Steve said get a MiFi,it’s cool and quite new

But on the phone for two hours with tech support at Verizon

My navigational goals are still on the horizon

I tried my Garmin Nuvi and once again missed

It took me to a road that did not exist

My rig got stuck in mud slick as snot

Without Dwayne’s help I would be here –not

The good news for you is that it’s now all for sale

I’ll take half price to end this sad tale

From now on I vow I’ll take Dave Rabe’s advice

Just follow the hoof prints and roll the dice
